What's your minimum order quantity?+
We supply from 25 kg up to full container volume. Sampling is available before you commit to a recurring program.
Do I get lab reports?+
Yes — every batch ships with a Verification Record™ and a full Certificate of Analysis (COA), covering pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology and more.
What are your lead times and Incoterms?+
Typically 2–4 weeks, consolidated and routed through our Hong Kong hub. We work FOB, CIF or DDP depending on your needs.
Can you do private label or custom blends?+
Yes. Through our Blend Library™ we support private-label and custom formulations for manufacturers and co-packers.
Which certifications do you hold?+
JAS, EU Organic, USDA Organic, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and Kosher, alongside independent lab testing on every batch.
