Superfoods Partners is run by a small, named team based in Hong Kong, working across sourcing, quality control and partnerships. Behind every batch is a specific person who vetted the garden, tested the material or took your call — not an anonymous broker.
Four people carry the work across the chain. Wanjin leads supply chain and sourcing; Fannie sources at origin; Candy handles partnerships; Lucinda runs quality control. All are based in our Hong Kong hub, close to the gardens we buy from and the shipments we consolidate.
It means one person has stood in the garden and knows the grower by name; another has tested the batch against pesticide, heavy-metal, microbiology and radiation panels before it shipped; and there is always someone you can reach within your own working day. Nothing important rides on a chain of strangers.
'Trusted at origin' only means something if there is a real person standing at that origin. Naming the team is how we stay accountable: if a batch is off-spec, you know exactly who owns it. That is the difference between a supplier and a supply chain you can build on.
